The study of"In Step Shooting Motion"in football game

Abstract
|
|
|
In order to coach players efficiently, I tried studying “In Step Shooting Motion" in football game through analysis of it. In this studying process I took a photo of five selected team player members from the lateral face with 8mm movie camera and enlarged and developed the film.
My examination against this theme was helped by this films mainly. As a result of this, I could summarize remarks as following.
1. Location of X axis of non-kicking foot and location of degrees of angle(means direction) of tiptoe bears a deep connection to the target therefore.
1) When trying to shoot at up side of target, the location of X axis of non-kicking foot should be put at hind side from the location of a ball.
2) The direction of tiptoe of the non-kicking foot facing the right side target should be faced towards right side. When facing the front side target, it should be faced towards front side. When facing the left side target, it should be faced towards left side.
2. The location of X axis of non-kicking foot and attitude of body when kicking bears a deep connection, therefore
1) When the location of X axis of non-kicking foot is put hind side from the location of a ball. the degrees of angle of the ankle of kicking foot trends to narrow. And the degrees of angle of the waist trends to narrow.
2) When the location of X axis of non-kicking foot is put at fore side from a ball, the degrees of ankle of kicking foot trends to enlarge and the degrees of angle of knee trends to narrow. And the degrees of angle of waist trends to enlarge.
3. The location of Y axis of non-kicking foot should be put at the distance from 20cm to 27cm away from the location of a ball.
